Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy, we are here to assist you.


1. Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused

  • In the same condition as received

  • In its original packaging

Non-returnable items include:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


2. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

If you haven’t received your refund:

5. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.


6. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

7. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

  • After the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If it was not marked as a gift, or it was shipped to the gift giver first,
the refund will be issued to the gift giver.


8. Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
